Here's to you Bobby Mack!

I was Blessed to have met Bobby Mack (Josh's Daddy) and spend 2 years with him before he passed. One thing he enjoyed was the track at Lonestar. We would get a box and bet on the horses and drink Bloody Mary's. So we decided it was time to take Benjamin and show him what his Grandpa Bobby loved to do! We had a blast! Ben kept screaming "Go Rangers" yah wrong sport buddy! We bought Ben a little horse and a shirt that said Future Jockey (which we know that will never happen to my "preemie") LOL Julie got a Bloody Mary and once again we remembered that precious man! I truly believe Bobby helped God pick our little angel for us. We always look at Ben and say "that is Bobby Mack". We do have a few pictures of Bobby and we will show Ben every once in a while. Out of no where Ben will say " I want to go see Bobby" it melts my heart bc I have to explain he is with Jesus in Heaven! We miss you so much Bobby and we will NEVER stop loving you!.

Father's Day weekend!

We started off the weekend at Aunt Brookie's BBQ till 10:30 Ben played long and hard with all his Besties! Sat we went to Joe Pool and Rode a boat for the 1st time! He was a little scared but towards the end he was laughing. I love when he experiences new things. He did not like the lake water but that is ok either does Mommy! The rest of the afternoon he rode his cousins motorized vehicles and LOVED that the best!

Josh and I talk about wanting to get more involved at church but if you know my hubby he is shy with people he does not know (only)! We were asked to help with Sunday school classes when the other parents take vacation etc. Well Father's Day was our 1st time. I was a daycare teacher for 4 years and it was such a precious time to me but Josh......mmmmmmm. So we get there and we are both nervous I am sweating and we find out we have 2 crafts to do for the Father's and we freak out a little. It was very funny but I think we did Ok for our 1st time. I liked doing that with him and we had Benjamin because it was his class. We got Staff Shirts too so we felt special :)We had lunch with family and my daddy then it all went downhill from there! Ben had a high temp Josh got sick them I started feeling yucky so we spent the rest of the day laying around.

My girls and I had a ladies night out and saw Tim McGraw and Lady A! We had a blast! Benjamin is so lucky to have so many Aunts that love him and also his mommy! I love you Girls and am so blessed God chose you to be my sisters!

My little Luvbug is having a blast this summer so far! We swim every weekend at either my dad's, Aunt's, or friends! But don't be jealous we have two pools in our backyard! So what if they are redneck blowup pools we love them! :) Ben loves them! He is getting that cute tan line where his butt is all white my fav! :) He is no longer scared of going under he says "mommy want to do again" about a 10 times! Here are a few pics we took at my daddy's house!

We have had some busy weekends and Benjamin has been busy playing hard with friends and family! Ben's new sayings are "oh my gosh""_______ where arrrrrre youuuuuu??" "Why?" "Don't do that" He has been potty trained for a while and we love it!!!

He had a bad cough so I took him to the Dr last weekend but it was nothing! We talked again about his belly button and found out it will not be cosmetic surgery so Insurance will pay for it!! Very happy about that but not happy about the surgery when he turns 3.
