Making Jesus' Birthday Cake

My Bonus mom had a tradition when my sister and brother were little. They would make a cake for Jesus and sing Happy Birthday to him. So we thought that was sweet so we had fun making Jesus' Birthday Cake, singing and blowing out his candles for him!

He got so many sweet gifts. We had santa at home then went to Grandpa's then to Mamaw's! My daddy got him a rocker so he can rock on the front porch with his grandpa and Honey. (his favorite place at their house)

Jimmy and Sarah Got Married!!!

The most precious most beautiful wedding ever! My brother is so sweet and he loves his Bride and so do we! They had a dance that we got to be apart of that turned out amazing! Benjamin was a Ring Bearer and was pulled in a wagon it was so sweet! He did so good I was so proud! We all had so much fun, I am sad it is over! Welcome to the family Aunt Sawah, we love you!! Kid's Christmas Book party

One of my BFF's Ivy has a christmas book exchange every year and we missed last year bc Ben was not ready to meet his BFF's yet. But we had so much fun this year! Thank you Ivy we love you and your sweet family!

Almost walking!

Ben's Mamaw (my mommy) takes lots of Video's of her Grandbaby! She has kept him from day one along with Nana (Josh's mommy) and sometimes Grandpa (my daddy) and some friends! We will be putting Ben is a mother's day out very soon at least twice a week! I am very scared but for my own selfish reasons but Benjamin will do great! Here is my little reindeer!

I love this precious child. He has brightened my whole world it is unexplainable! I am sure all you mommies know!


Ben is almost 14 months still not walking but that is ok we are not going to push him he will walk on his own time! We were hoping he could walk down the aisle with someone holding his hand (for my Brother's wedding Dec 27th) but don't think that will happen but he will be sweet in his suit and hat!

Santa Scared Benjamin

We watched Santa walk into the tent then watched the other children get there pics. I am paying the guy and Josh is walking up to Santa with Ben and I hear a scream from my little "Angel Boy" hahahha It was so sad. Santa said "I will hold him crying" and I said no way so Josh and I jumped in! Still pulling mommies shirt off we smiled Ben screamed! $10 later here it is!!

My Amazing Family

We had a sweet family weekend! Josh and I started out by having a date at the Studio Movie Grill watching 4 Christmas' Loved it and I love my husband! We forget sometimes that we need to have our time together as husband and wife b/c we are so focused on being mommy and daddy!Then took Benjamin to see Santa saturday! :( Not fun he screamed and shook, and pulled on mommy and daddy's clothes. Most people think it funny when there child does this well we did not! I was so sad and I think daddy was too! but we got one family one with a screaming baby! I will post it later. Here are some family ones we took! We have challenges each day but GOD gets us through! How can I not smile everyday!A wonderful weekend ended with the COWBOYS WIN!! Whoohoooo

Getting ready for Christmas!!!!!! We love it!! This year he is not messing with the tree but I am sure next year he will! Presley is not a fan of Ben, but if he has food she is all about that bc Ben feeds her a bite and then himself! I know Grose!!!!!!!! Ben also tasted Presley's food too just suckin away!! Won't be the last I am sure!!

Thanksgiving Weekend

Thank you LORD!! So thankful for all we have been given! Such an emotional Holiday! We gave Thanks!!! As we should EVERYDAY!!!! Ben also went to Sunday school for his 1st time Sunday! He did great, the teachers there loved him he was passed out when we went to get him. Eventhough it was only an hour it was the 1st time to leave him with anybody other than family and friends! He is learning so much! I say "night night" he lays his head down now. It is precious!! He has brought such Joy to us and our family! GOD is GREAT!
