Keep your eye on the ball... God!

Tailgating at the Ranger game

Screaming Go Rangers!

This weekend was very full and exciting!I had a sweet dinner date with my momma and bubba like old times!Sat we toured the Cowboy stadium with Josh's friend Tate who is a manager there! Tate brought Ben a game football and we got the special tour of the stadium. We thought it will be so neat that Ben will have pictures by Romo and Witten's locker etc. It was very fun!(even for mom and dad) That night we took Benjamin to his 1st Ranger game and tailgated.:) He screamed "Go Rangers" about a million times! They were giving away Young jerseys for the kids. He wont be able to wear it for a couple years maybe mom can! Sunday morning we went to church were he made mommy a sweet book and I got a cookie (that Ben got to eat)! Daddy and Ben blew up a picture and bought me a "B" charm for my pandora bracelet. We spent most of Mother's outside with the family. It was a great weekend!!

I think Mother's day and Ben's birthday have become my favorite Holidays. He has added such joy to my life. Yes a lot of stress and worry :) but mostly love and laughter. Josh and I are getting ready for round 2. I can't believe that soon God will bless us with another child (if that is his plan of course) I am so excited about our future family whether it be 4 of us or 3 we will be very happy! I thank our God everyday for the blessings he rains on us!

Keep your eye on the ball... and that's God!

Mother's Day!

I put this in Benjamin's scrapbook on my 1st mother's day! All I can say is I love being a mommy and hearing those words "I love you mommy" ugh Melt my heart!! Happy Mother's day to all you mommies!!

A newborns conversation with God:

A baby asked God, "They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?"

God said, "Your angel will be waiting for you and will take care of you."

The child further inquired, "But tell me, here in heaven I don't have to do anything but sing and smile to be happy." God said, "Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you. And you will feel your angel's love and be very happy."

Again the child asked, "And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me if I don't know the language?" God said, "Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak."

And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?" God said, "Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray."

Who will protect me?" God said, "Your angel will defend you even if it means risking its life."

But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore." God said, "Your angel will always talk to you about Me and will teach you the way to come back to Me, even though I will always be next to you."

At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from Earth could be heard and the child hurriedly asked, "God, if I am to leave now, please tell me my angel's name."

God said, "You will simply call her, "Mom."
